"Decent, just a bit clunky"
Found what I needed, but the mobile menus were kinda confusing. Checkout was fine. Not bad overall, just needs to feel smoother.

"Prices are too high and the answers don’t match"
I was disappointed with the pricing here. The same items are cheaper at other places, so it just doesn’t feel worth it. What made it more frustrating was asking about the prices and getting different answers depending on who I talked to. It’s hard to trust that kind of experience. I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.

"A Bit of a Rollercoaster Shopping Trip"
I swear, the things I wanted most were magically out of stock, which was so frustrating I almost gave up on the whole order. But after digging around a bit, I did manage to find a few decent options, so it wasn’t a total disaster. The site itself was fine and easy to use, I just really wish the sizes would come back faster because waiting on restocks feels like forever.

I got what I ordered, and the sizes and colors were all correct. Nothing was missing from the package, which I appreciated. It did take a little while to arrive, and when I checked in about it, I kind of felt dismissed instead of actually helped. Overall the order itself was good, and I’d probably order again, but the customer service could’ve been better.

"Description Was Misleading and My Simple Request Was Ignored"
I ordered from shopvivaci.com because the product page made the item look a lot nicer than it actually was. When it arrived, the details didn’t match the description and it just wasn’t what I thought I was buying. I even tried to reach out with a basic question/request about it, but it felt like that was completely ignored, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. If the listing had been clearer, I definitely wouldn’t have ordered it. Overall, disappointing.

I ordered my usual size, but on me it fit like it was at least two sizes too small. The waist was way too tight, while the legs somehow felt loose and awkward. I really wanted to like them, but the fit just didn’t work for my body, and now dealing with the return feels like a hassle.

I ordered from shopvivaci.com the delivery experience was frustrating. They gave me an estimated date, but the package showed up way later than that, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept having to check it myself because it felt like they weren’t really keeping me in the loop. The item did eventually arrive, but I’d be really hesitant to trust their shipping timeline again...

I tried placing an order on Shopvivaci, and the checkout process was a bit annoying. It kept acting weird, and I had to re-enter my information twice, which felt like a waste of time. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until late in the process, and I feel like that kind of thing should be clear upfront. It wasn’t a total disaster, but as a customer, I think it’s only fair to make checkout simple and transparent

"Slow replies and the terms kept changing"
This just wasn’t worth it. I had to wait forever to get a reply, and when they finally did respond, it wasn’t even helpful. On top of that, the terms seemed to keep changing as things went along, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I was disappointed with this. The fabric felt cheaper than I expected, and after just one wash the stitching started coming loose. On top of that, I kept getting really pushy reminders, which got annoying fast. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for

I ordered something from shopvivaci.com but ended up sending it back because it just wasn’t really my thing.
The refund did eventually show up, so I can’t complain too much there, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I kept checking my account and kind of had to just wait it out.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either. I’d say 3 stars is about right.

"The Color Wasn’t What I Expected"
I was actually excited when this arrived because the photos made the color look perfect for what I had in mind. But when I opened the package, I kind of had that “wait… is this the same thing?” moment. The shade looked totally different in person and just wasn’t at all what I expected from the pictures

It looked fine when I got it, I guess, but for what I paid I was expecting a little more. Maybe I missed something, but it just didn’t feel like the quality matched the price. Kind of feels overpriced for what it is.

I checked out shopvivaci.com hoping I’d find something a little different, but a lot of it felt samey. Some pieces are cute, I’ll give them that, but a bunch of the styles were giving trendy-for-five-minutes nonsense and just didn’t seem super wearable day to day.
Maybe it works better for someone else, but for me it was kind of a miss. The looks just didn’t match my taste, and I didn’t want to buy something that would sit in my closet like a useless little fashion mistake
